Lance demonstrates how to change out the M4 pump with a standard Philips Screw Driver and needle nose pliers in 30 minutes or less. 

These pumps should function identically to any of the other pumps we sell. The only damage was cosmetic and to the foot rails of the pump. There may be a chance you cannot connect the pump at three points in the base, but you will have two points of connection guaranteed 

70 PSI 2.9 L/MIN 12 VOLT 1.8 AMP VITON DIAPHRAGM PUMP WITH AUTOMATIC PRESSURE REGULATOR. INCLUDES 1 MALE THREADED AND ONE BARBED CONNECTOR (INTAKE). 

*******NOTE: REMOVE THE RUBBER SHIPPING INSERTS FROM INSIDE PUMP INLET AND OUTLET BEFORE INSTALLING*******

(THE INSERTS COMPLETELY SEAL THE PUMP DIAPHRAGM AND ARE INTENDED TO KEEP THE DIAPHRAGM WET TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PRIMING WHEN FIRST INSTALLED.) 

 IT IS RECOMMENDED TO ATTACH THE FLEXIHOSE STRAIN RELIEF TO YOUR MOTOR IF YOUR MAIN HOSE IS STIFF. THIS HELPS PREVENT BREAKING THE MOTOR THREADS OFF AND MAKES THE HOSE EASIER TO USE (SEE ATTACHED PICTURE)
